Junk Fees from Apartment Complexes

Hey out there in blog land hope you are doing great today. Well let’s chew on this together. How many of you have to pay these ridiculous fees that landlords and apartment complexes charge? Take for instance I live at Onxy 183 that has since my time of renting has changed owners four times and what they mess lets not take about the office and all the ins and outs of managers, maintenance staff and front of the office personal. Okay, I digress from the subject at hand. I went ot pay my rent to and the total was one total and then I logged back in later on it went up about fifty dollars and I was like “the devil is a liar!” I called the office and left a message with a person to have them call me back about these crazy junk fees and something else while here it is 1:53pm on 08/01 and I am still waiting on my phone so that means they are going to see my beautiful face tomorrow since I work from home. Junk charges: water base charges: $19.20; water/sewerage water base charge: $1.18/ water/sewerage sewerage charges: $32.37/sewer base charges: $0.03 grand total of $52.78 then the amenties fee of $25.00 (gym)/$4.00 pest control fee (now mind you they just come out and do this once month on their own they make you set appointment and the pest control ONLY COMES on a certain day) Austin and most other places have become money hungry pirates with rentals and the owners of the individual properties and complexes have no shame in their game. They charge good people whom are just trying to stay afloat and survive in this already high and expensive world these charges and as tenants the Tenant Council of Texas states we just have to deal with it!!!
